Policies
|
- When making a reservation we would appreciate you being definite
about the days you will be staying with us. Because we are
a small business we are unable to operate as a big chain.
In order to be fair to you and us we have the following reservation
policy:
- In case of a change in your plans that results in a cancellation
or change in number of people or units, please notify us 45 days
in advance for the country cabins and 90 days advance notice for
the Grand Room Lodge. With that advanced notification we
will make a full refund of your deposit less a $45 processing
charge per unit. On cancellations with shorter notice (except
GRL) we will try to rebook your resevation, however, if that is
impossible the deposit will be forfeited. If filling the
reservation causes extra cleaning that charge will be deducted
from the deposit. There is no refund for unused accomodations
due to late arrival or early departure. You are responsible
for each night and each person you reserve.
- Country Cabins require a deposit for first and last nights rent
in the form of a personal check, money order of cashiers check.
Credit cards will not be accepted for deposit purposes.
Deposits must be mailed immediately. When we receive
your deposit we will send you a confirmation letter. Upon
arrival we prefer a check or cash for balance due but you may
use Visa or Master Card if you prefer.
- Grand Room Lodge along with associated units will require
one check for 50% of your stay or for shorter stays the first
and lasts nights rent (whichever is greater) mailed within 10
days of making the reservation. The balance is due upon
arrival paid with one check. No credit cards will be accepted
for the GRL/ unit reservations.
- All rates subject to 3.7% state tax.
- Minimum night stay could apply, please inquire.
- Day visitors must be approved ahead of arrival time and will
leave the property by 8:00 p.m..Please inquire about charges for
visitors. We are not zoned for camping trailers, RV's or tents.
If you will have a small utility trailer please let us know. Fire
code does not allow the use of sleeping bags or air mattresses.

- Stay seven or more nights and receive a $10/day discount except
Grand Room Lodge.
- All children under 3 stay free.
- Portacribs — $3 per night.
- Extra Guest over the base charge per unit — $12 per night.
- Quite time is from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- Check in is 4:00 pm.
- Check out is 10:00 am for cabins . Check out for Sunday House
is 11:00 am.
- Please be considerate of other guests especially the noise factor.
- ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING, guests may smoke outside the cabin
providing they do not throw cigarette butts on the grounds.—
NO PETS ALLOWED ON PREMISES
